The HR Shared Service Professional provides transactional and administrative support services to the employees, managers and HR partners.

This role is responsible for follow up and completion of employee inquiries, review and escalation of service requests to NGA partners or Internal HR analytics team.

Compile and analyze payroll data and reports to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Thorough review and approval of Workday business processes as assigned.

This role will also facilitate Tier 0 or Tier 1 case resolution in transferring knowledge to these levels.

Key responsibilities :

  • Respond to internal SNOW ticket inquiries and ensure tickets are properly escalated.
  • Manage and adjust personal time off (PTO) accruals. Perform historical corrections or adjustments in Kronos as needed.
  • Perform payroll audits and data analysis.
  • Key requirements

  • 1-2 years LATAM Payroll experience is a must (Costa Rica and Mexico payroll is preferred).
  • 1-2 US Payroll experience is a must.
  • Experienced professional with knowledge of Payroll and Time attendance systems. Enterprise time / Kronos required.
  • Knowledge of Workday HRIS systems helpful but not required.
  • High intermediate English language mastery (oral and written).
  • Proficient using Excel (able to do vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Power Point, etc.).
  • Strong administration skills.
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
