The Testing Administrator will support customers and roaming partners and internal customers on a daily basis. Working under general supervision, the Testing Admin is responsible for various tasks relating to integration and maintenance of GSM Roaming Partners. Coordinate and Facilitate :
All SIM card requests to & from GSM operators
Correspondence to & from GSM operators
Revision and review to & from GSM operators
Internal request and notices about SIMs and / or handsets
SIM exchange to ensure proper SIM cards have been exchanged for IREG testing
Follow all prescribed operational procedures and ensure proper results have been achieved
Testing according to predefined scripts and methods
Responsible for tracking all SIM card and / or handset data
SIM / Handset shipments and ownership of SIM cards and handsets
Facilitate overnight pickup and delivery of SIMs in a timely and efficient manner.
Sort, log, and track incoming and outgoing SIMs and handsets
Determine and ensure the most cost-effective method of shipment for packages and mail.
Prepare shipping and receiving documentation and packages to designated drop-off sites Demonstrates teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-
workers as needed and operate under limited supervision
Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and management
Performs other duties; clerical, special projects from time to time as requested
