As a member of Amazon’s Screening Services team, Program Managers support the business through the administration of Screening programs.
Support the day-to-day operations of the programs including pre-employment and post employment checks and will also act as a point of contact for program management, issue resolution and reporting.
Specific responsibilities will include :
ability to liaise with executive recruiting teams, executive level candidates, and senior members of Amazon Legal. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with a world-class customer service focus are required to deliver results for Amazon associates.
You will also be part of the leadership team for this team - reporting to a Senior Manager.
