A GAM Payroll and Stock Analyst is :
Knowledgeable about the stock processes and programs run by both the HRGO organization and the Global Payroll and Stock organization within HRGS, to enable maximum collaboration
Responsible for executing, auditing and reporting the outcome of the processes assigned to the role
Highly oriented towards an outstanding employee experience in the delivery of stock and payroll services
The role has as expectation to identify process / execution gaps and assist in the design of solutions for them
The GAM Payroll and Stock Analyst will be a flexible function that may also collaborate with other payroll functions within a defined scope, to enable strong collaboration and organizational efficiency

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and / or related fields.
2+ years of Payroll experience (or similar relevant experience).
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
Advanced English (B2+).
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred requirements :
2+ years of experience on processing Payroll in Workday.
Experience in process automation through macros, desktop robotics automation and (or) robotics processing automation.
Fluent English (C1+) and great communication skills.
Business Process Management and LEAN proficiency.
Highly competent in reporting and analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
