A GAM Payroll and Stock Analyst is :

  • Knowledgeable about the stock processes and programs run by both the HRGO organization and the Global Payroll and Stock organization within HRGS, to enable maximum collaboration
  • Responsible for executing, auditing and reporting the outcome of the processes assigned to the role
  • Highly oriented towards an outstanding employee experience in the delivery of stock and payroll services
  • The role has as expectation to identify process / execution gaps and assist in the design of solutions for them
  • The GAM Payroll and Stock Analyst will be a flexible function that may also collaborate with other payroll functions within a defined scope, to enable strong collaboration and organizational efficiency

  • Qualifications

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    Minimum requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and / or related fields.
  • 2+ years of Payroll experience (or similar relevant experience).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
  • Advanced English (B2+).
  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
  • Preferred requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience on processing Payroll in Workday.
  • Experience in process automation through macros, desktop robotics automation and (or) robotics processing automation.
  • Fluent English (C1+) and great communication skills.
  • Business Process Management and LEAN proficiency.
  • Highly competent in reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
