  • What You’ll Do

  • Analysis of complex delinquent customer issues, develop solutions and implement action plans to resolve delinquencies in a timely and effective manner
  • Negotiating and advising on collection of overdue bills and taking appropriate action to recover overdue payments
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos
  • Evaluates and communicates complex technical content in a clear manner and work with other departments to resolve issues
  • First point of contact for staff
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 year experience in collections, billing or accounts receivable
  • English fluency required B2-C1 level (written and oral communication)
  • Ability to meet deadlines daily, monthly, etc.
  • Advance Excel skills
  • Oracle experience preferred
