Description

Under general direction log and enter orders into Emerson’s business systems. Also responsible for reviewing the customer’s purchase order, ensuring all critical information is complete and accurate.

Assist Order Management with activities related to order processing and fulfillment. Is expected to be comfortable to interact with internal customers via phone and email.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures timely entry of Customers orders into the Sales Offices ERP.
  • Sales Orders creation in Factory and proper follow up
  • Upload order in our Customer Relationship Management tool
  • As required, coordinate with the Inside Sales Engineer, Proposal Engineer, Order Management or other technical subject matter experts to have them review and validate the technical requirements of the customer’s purchase order.
  • Achieve target Cycle time for process
  • Requirements

  • Currently studying any career in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, International Commerce or similar.
  • Good written and oral English communication skills.
  • ADVANCED in MS Office Excel.
  • Oracle e-Business OM, PA and PO Module knowledge Preferable.
  • Sales related customer service experience.
  • Solid prioritizing and organizational skills along with being a self-starter.
  • Willing to work on flexible shift schedule based on business needs.
