In this position, you will be a member of a global team in Intel's HR organization, supporting Intel employees through self-service for HR questions.
The Systems and Analytics Business Analyst will be part of the team dedicated to building and maintaining self-service solutions, primarily, the HR Intelligent Virtual Assistant (Chatbot) via a Conversational AI platform.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to :
Design and maintenance of the Intelligent Virtual Assistant by analyzing large volumes of data to identify areas of improvement and collaborating with subject matter experts (SME), developers, and vendors to ensure the Virtual Assistant delivers intelligent and intuitive conversations, resulting in a great user experience.
Learn and become an SME on the features and capabilities of the conversational AI platform and how to use it to accomplish complex use cases-designing and implementing the intents and entities that define the Virtual Assistant's interaction - along with the associated dialog flow, business rules, context variables, and so forth. Training is provided.
Continuously measure and evaluate performance to ensure chatbot meets KPI and accuracy goals.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate Virtual Assistant with HR systems.
Troubleshooting defects, escalating, and partnering with upstream and downstream internal technical teams or external vendors to ensure timely defect resolution.
Working with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to write software requirements, test cases, and adopt new features in the Virtual Assistant.
Work with internal teams to understand changes in the Intel environment that affects curated content in Virtual Assistant and update accordingly.
In addition, the ideal candidate should also have the following :
Prior experience in developing Intelligent Virtual Assistants (Chatbots)
Desire to learn new technologies quickly
Experience in analyzing large qualitative datasets
A good understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and AI technologies
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Experience communicating and collaborating with global, cross-organizational teams
Experience performing requirements analysis and writing
Skills to manage shifting and sometimes conflicting priorities depending on the team's needs
Work independently and as part of a team

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a job-related field
3+ years of related experience
2+ years of experience with : Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), SQL, software development, and testingExcel and data visualization software like Kibana, Power BI, or Tableau
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with other employee experience self-service solutions
HR Business acumen
