Description Associate Consultant San Jose, Costa Rica
As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible to support the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of the organization.
Your major responsibilities will include problem definition, effort estimation and proposal development, diagnostic / discovery / as is assessments, solution evaluation and recommendation, development / configuration, system validation, deployment, training and change management, build & maintain process repository, issue resolution, presales activities, product / solution development and knowledge management.
Location for this position is San Jose, Costa Rica .
Bachelor’s degree in any career stream.
At least 4 years of experience in Consulting Area.
At least 4 year of experience in extensive experience in installing and configuring software, hardware and networks. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues and ability to work within SLA across multiple teams and data centers
At least 4 year of experience of Responsible for Office Telephony infrastructure.
