This position is part of the MIDS team for Central America and Colombia.
While interacting with the business, the position is responsible for delivering financial analysis and budget that enhances decision making anticipating risk or highlighting opportunities while developing and implementing efficient processes to achieve it.
It has also information on management reporting and analysis which may include forecasting / commentary, budget business support, product profitability analysis and cost analysis as examples.
This position requires strong financial, people leadership, business acumen, data management expertise, influencing, communication, negotiation and change management skills.
It can be focused on different Enterprises at the same time or in some according to the need of the sub-region. (CPLA, CFN and CASC) always maintaining a cross and strategic perspective.
It is seen as the expert and a reference in the area, helping the direct supervisor of the group in coordination of some activities.
40% MANAGEMENT REPORTING, ANALYSIS AND FORECASTING
Demonstrate strong financial management skills to analyze and evaluate financial data and statements and articulate it to business leaders, so that they can take efficient decisions.
Ensure that financial and management reporting and analysis of business performance (KPIs, Metrics) are timely and accurately presented to business
Identify and communicate financial risks and impacts or opportunities, through information / data analysis, and give visibility / solutions for the Business leaders in a timely manner.
Partner with FP&A, A&F leaders, and CBS to identify prepare possible metrics to monitor businesses
Manage the budget / Forecasting process with the different stakeholders in order to help ensure an accurate budget / forecast output.

Provide ongoing financial expertise and information to the leadership team and other business teams
Properly communicate changes / decisions to the business and negotiate priorities in order to ensure the proper level of focus, efficient processes, support and outputs.
Work closely with business leaders, A&F, Finance COEs and FP&A team to achieve finance objectives.
Build strong and trustful partnership with business leaders and other functional teams to ensure the ongoing development of financial / management support.
Bachelor’s degree graduated in Finance, Accounting or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience
Broad / diverse commercial knowledge with understanding of how all areas come together and operate as a business
Proven accounting / finance leadership with strong analytical skills
Highly effective people leadership skills which motivates for high performance
Demonstrated change agility
Experience leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making
Ability to communicate, influence and build trust across multiple stakeholder groups
