We’re seeking a Regional Lead, Global Recruiting Operations, based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office . In this role, you will be accountable for building and developing the Regional Global Recruiting Operations team, including improvement and integration of Talent Acquisition administrative processes across the region, designing new SLAs and KPIs, process improvement and leading and supervising a team of recruiting coordinators.
Also, you will ensure alignment of goals and execution of Talent Acquisition priorities with the team’s day-to-day operations while also increasing the efficacy of support provided by the Global Recruiting Operations team with a focus on driving significant process improvement and customer support.

Leading, supervising, and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Global Recruiting Operations team through the introduction of SLAs and KPIs, continuous process improvement, and consistently challenging the status quo to better support various internal and external customers
Performing analysis of current processes, utilizing relevant data sets to inform improvements
Developing consistent approach to Talent Acquisition administrative processes where relevant across entire region, while also partnering with others on the Global Recruiting Operations leadership team to identify global alignment and consistency
Playing a significant role in long-term Global Recruiting Operations planning and process improvements to drive operational efficiencies to deliver increasingly responsive support
Communicating changes to Talent Acquisition team members, Centers of Excellence, and the business to ensure early adoption and embedding of process changes
Developing and monitoring data quality metrics, sharing insights that enable the identification of potential process improvements
Identifying a process for tracking emails and inquiries sent to the Global Recruiting Operations inbox, establishing SLAs for responsibilities and holding team accountable for providing solutions and escalating as necessary Experience and
What you will need to succeed :
Bachelor's degree (in Human Resources or similar field) or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive recruiting, recruiting operations, or similar HR experience
Previous experience on remote teams required; global experience preferred
Extensive knowledge and experience with applicant tracking system and HRIS administration; Taleo Recruit, Social Sourcing, Workday, and Taleo Connect Client experience preferred
Proficient in advanced techniques of Microsoft Excel
Proven ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, and balance multiple competing priorities
Excellent analytical capabilities, conceptual thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages and executable plans
