What will your day look like?

As our new Campaign Specialist, you will help deliver valuable experiences in front-line marketing activities, using the latest and best technology to meet the needs of our clients.

We will provide you with the necessary training and tools to enable you to succeed in the role. Armed with the knowledge you need, will be responsible for :

  • Creating HTML e-mails in standard templates
  • Quality checking your work to ensure error-free campaigns
  • Sending out campaigns via e-mail, push notifications and SMS
  • Creating workflows and target group criteria in our customer management systems
  • Using your technical know-how to perform technical troubleshooting

    You will join more than 300 skilled colleagues in Marketing Operations who are always ready to help each other. We are proud of our easy-going, dynamic, and multicultural environment where we not only work hard together but are also great at having fun.

    We are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark with offices across the world. The Costa Rica office is our newest location, and this is a very exciting opportunity to be among of the first people to join the team and help set the foundation.

    What do you bring to the table?

    You are proactive, pay great attention to detail, and have a logical and systematic approach to learning new technology and systems.

    You don’t shy away from repetitive or routine tasks, and you have an interest in the technical part of digital marketing.

    Further, we expect that you have :

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science or similar
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and digital communication
  • A technical understanding and an eye for aesthetic design
  • A wish to work with both routine and more complex tasks
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Any experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • A digital leader within customer relations
