Ou r Work Management Development Lead empowers the Workfront Customer Success organization with the appropriate skills, information, and practical application of learning to succeed in their role and meet Adobe business objectives.

As the Work Management Development Lead , you are responsible for developing the onboarding and continuous learning strategies across all roles of the Workfront customer success organization, to ensure team members have relevant enablement experiences that positively impact business results.

What you'll Do

  • Partner with business owners at the management / executive level to understand priorities, critical issues, skills gaps, opportunities, and objectives for success to develop an annual enablement strategy.
  • Execute the strategy, ensuring objectives are met through quality initiatives that honor regional nuances.
  • Effectively communicate results against defined success metrics to CSM and Field Enablement partners.
  • Advocate for the CSM role and their requirements to influence the direction of supporting training activities, content, assessments, and certifications built by adjacent teams.
  • Lead the creation of enablement content in coordination with subject matter experts. Oversee content location, structure, and maintenance.
  • Optimally handle risk, partnering with colleagues to make decisions at the right time. Ensure accurate communication occurs and resources are intelligently adjusted to reflect fluctuations in goals and requirements.
  • Consult on how the use of organizational change, adult learning, and standard evaluation methodologies will ensure the successful adoption of critical initiatives.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization championing its mission and value proposition.

  • Communicate confidently and eloquently in writing, speaking, and facilitation.
  • Confirmed ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
  • Established collaborator with the initiative to lead, raise a hand for new challenges, and act as a subject matter authority across the organization.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor, high energy, sense of humor, and a contagious passion to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Knowledge of Adobe's businesses, products, and their use is desired.
