The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of programs and / or projects consisting of single or multiple projects and / or programs.
May manage project and / or program managers within assigned program and / or project. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Advance proficiency in English & Spanish
6+ years experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
Proven Experience managing transfer projects internationally.
Strong Influential Leadership and Communication skills
Ability to lead a cross functional team to meet operational objectives.
Experience leading multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
Aptitude to contribute to strategic goal setting for department / business unit
Understanding of ISO 13485 principles
PMP Training / Certification preferred
