Are you a sales enabler who enjoys demand generation and onboarding new customers? Sensient Food Colors Latin America sales team is expanding and we are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative who would like to be part of our success story!

Your mission is to create demand generation with existing and potential customers through a proactive and dedicated approach, mainly via direct telephone / online contact with customers and occasional field visits to key accounts.

This position is responsible for customers in Central America & Caribbean, and will be based out in our office in Alajuela, San José (Costa Rica).

We offer you comprehensive on boarding and training. This secures a solid foundation to understand the organization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions and culture, which enhances your ability to quickly become productive and integrated into the Sensient organization.

This, together with your university degree, and experience in B2B sales, will be critical to make an impact in the business.

After, you will focus on, initiate, and maintain sales and service with existing and potential customers for our Food Colors business in Central America & Caribbean.

To continuously help you be successful in this position; we support you in working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams.

Spanish and English fluency is crucial, and would allow you to collaborate and communicate effectively inside and outside the organization.

You will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files.

With your excellent organization and project management skills, customer service and results orientation, communication and negotiation skills, you will be able to grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.
