This position is a leadership role within the Latin America Procurement Transaction Center (LAPTC). The role reports into the overall LAPTC Lead and works closely with Business Process & Operations’ appropriate Global Business Process Owners.
Through Subject Matter Expertise & management, the Team Leader role is accountable for either Purchase Order review & approval, Vendor Master Data and / or Issue Resolution / Customer Service performed within the LAPTC, including management of :
As part of Global Procurement’s Business Process & Operations team, the Procurement Transaction Centers (PTC) are a global network providing procurement P2P shared services in support of Pfizer’s overall P2P Processes.
Within the BP&O network, this role is a key point of contact for stakeholders in the P2P community working in the region.
The person holding this position must understand how the PTCs work with other aspects of Global Procurement. The role requires balanced people skills that allow the individual to engage colleagues in all P2P roles including End-
Users (Business), Global Financial Services (GFS), Business Technology (BT), BP&O Regional Teams, and Global Procurement Regional Sourcing teams to help achieve Pfizer’s objectives.
This role may be called on to act in behalf of the LAPTC lead in his / her absence.
