The Opportunity

As part of the Adobe Experience Cloud Ecosystem and Partnership team, the Commerce Services partner team deliver valuable experiences to our Adobe Commerce and Open Source customers, all powered by outstanding technology partnerships.

Today we offer features like Payment services, Store Fulfillment, Quick Checkout, and Channel Manager. Our partnerships team is responsible for the relationships that power our offerings, and also play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the offerings.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discussions with commerce services partners and be their main point of contact
  • Become deeply knowledgeable about the Adobe Commerce and Commerce Services businesses, including business models, customer segmentation, customer workflows, product offerings, competitors, marketing and GTM.
  • Lead and develop relationships with the partner’s various teams, handling day to day engagement and weekly tasks / updates.
  • Partner with internal collaborators including Product, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and Sales, to drive various activities and engagements
  • What you’ll need to succeed

  • 2-4 years of partnerships, business development, sales, or related strategy experience
  • Excellent communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to federate people and teams around a common goal.
  • General understanding of e-commerce and SaaS software sales
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and agile to adapt to evolving product strategy and priorities
