Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis / metrics.

They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

What your background should look like :

Human Resources Manager is responsible for the management of people in accordance with the policies and practices of the company, the ethical and social consciences of the business and the applicable laws, regulations and administrative rules of government organizations and other regulations and authorities in the country.

Together with the Human Resources Director, this person will be responsible for the Human Resources strategic plan to provide the company with the best talent and benefits and place the company within the Shared Services industry.

Additionally, this position has responsibility for developing and delivering necessary and meaningful training in support of the company's product development, health, safety, and environmental compliance to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Essential Functions :

  • Ensure compliance with the vision and strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Execute and ensure compliance with HR policies and guidelines.
  • Give all the necessary support to the Talent Attraction team.
  • Define and implement talent retention strategies.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes.
  • Provide the input for the payroll payment.
  • Make salary proposals in promotion processes and salary increases in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate the process of induction and training of new collaborators.
  • Coordinate the internal communication of the Service Center.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and support the professional career plans of the collaborators.
  • Ensure job descriptions are kept up to date.
  • Manage the benefits that the company provides to employees.
  • Manage the organizational climate evaluation tools.
  • Provide support to all operational and management departments.
  • Responsible for compliance with corporate and government policies that regulate labor relations.
  • Guarantee the resolution of labor conflicts.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly and annual management metrics.
  • Provide support to relocation processes, when they arise.
  • Responsible for proposing and leading continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes.
  • Any other function related to the position.
  • Qualification and Skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration / Psychology / Social Sciences.
  • 5-7 years of experience, preferably in Shared Services, minimum 3 years in leadership or human resource management positions.
  • Advanced command of the English language, at least 90%.
  • Full understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • A clear understanding of human resource management and organizational development, including compensation systems, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, and organizational culture.
  • Management of human resources systems, in addition to Excel, Power Point, Power BI (desirable).
  • Management of highly independent leadership and professional staff focused on meeting objectives.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • General management knowledge and skills.
