The successful Recruiter candidate will be responsible for the sourcing and recruitment efforts for hiring needs across a geographically dispersed organization.

This role will build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies, gather and understand the position requirements to effectively identify talent that is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the role.

When partnering with the Hiring Manager, the recruiter will serve as a primary source of recruitment advice, consultation and education on best practices to fill roles in the most efficient and effective way possible.

How you will contribute

The function of this role is to identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position opening through offer acceptance.

This person will develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, targeted advertising, college and community outreach.

The recruiter will manage internal and external job posting procedures, capturing applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system (Taleo).

This role is accountable to ensuring that all recruitment procedures are consistent for all positions to ensure compliance with EEOC recruitment and government requirements.

This Recruiter will utilize their influencing, interpersonal, selling and closing skills to encourage candidates to accept a Mondelēz International offer as an Employer of Choice.

  • Source active and passive candidates from various resources, including, direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and internet job boards.
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining diversity, veteran and disability focused recruitment strategies to generate a diverse slate of talent for each role.
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to closing the candidate.
  • Build relationships with external partners to include community contacts, college officials and local professionals.
  • Build and maintain internal partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals.
  • What extra ingredients you will bring :

    Education / Certifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field is highly preferred.
  • Job specific requirements :

  • Superior English skills
  • Experience in a Recruiting function required.
  • Experience recruiting for the United States and Canada is preferred.
  • Experience performing quality assurance tasks is preferred.
  • No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
