As a Practice Manager, you will ensure the quality of security service delivery to our customers. Use your mentoring and coaching skills to improve the operational effectiveness of your team while guiding strategic objectives.

Partner with teams across the business to boost customer retention and growth.

As a Security Practice Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Managing and developing the team through hiring, training, coaching and mentoring
  • Overseeing the delivery of Akamai security products and services for our valuable customers
  • Adopting best-practice guidelines to influence and implement continuous improvements to the processes
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to maximize Akamai's platform value for the customer
  • Managing the resolution of escalations and risks to service delivery to optimize customer retention and growth
  • Do what you love

    To be successful in this role you will :

  • Be experienced in IT solution delivery, preferably within a technology services organisation
  • Demonstrate experience with security solutions and / or Internet technologies including TCP / IP, HTTP, DNS
  • Have experience as a manager or experience leading project teams or working groups successfully
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation ability
  • Work in a way that works for you
