Risk / Finance :

  • Coordination and monitoring of monthly invoice payment of Centralized Corporate Card Account as well annual payment fees
  • Monitoring and escalation of delinquency balances on Corporate Cards to protect Citi from operational losses
  • Ensure cost centers are updated and aligned to current structure for proper distribution of expenses
  • Ensure plastics are kept under dual custody while they are under our responsibility prior final delivery to cardholder
  • Driving policy compliance by interfacing with internal global and regional senior stakeholders, business heads, legal and compliance to retain and enhance support of the program
  • Monitor end-user compliance to Corporate Card Policy. Facilitate / enhance program controls to validate and improve overall program performance including delinquency reporting, card misuse reporting
  • Responsible for the Global / Regional / Country Citi Corporate Card shared mailbox within the agreed SLA
  • Monitor mailbox root cause and drive enhancements opportunities
  • Participate in weekly / monthly / quarterly program level reporting processes and reviews, including analysis and preparation of regional project dashboards, metrics, and materials
  • Support Global card team to ensure successful delivery of global process enhancement projects
  • Complete and report on Managed Control Assessments (MCA)

  • Metrics :

  • Provide support in creating the Global Card program metrics
  • Provide reports required by Balance Sheet Substantiation (BSS) for accounting reconciliation process
  • Provide recurrent or eventual reports required globally, regionally or locally as per request
  • Communication :

  • Design and prepare executive level presentations and reports as required
  • Formalize communications to cardholders to ensure compliance of policies and procedures, awareness campaigns, etc.
  • Ensure escalation process is adjusted to corporate guidelines for card-holders, direct managers and product managers
  • Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of administrative positions, accounting, business management, finance.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required
  • Ability to interact professionally with various levels of management, inclusive of the Senior Leadership Team, in the organization and across various divisions
  • Ability to persuade and influence others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas
  • Ability to work in a dynamically fast-paced environment
  • Strong and creative problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot reports / data to ensure accuracy
  • Advanced MS office computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access a plus
  • Proficiency in SharePoint
  • Self-motivated with ability to make decision in the absence of detailed instructions
  • Ability to work with large data set populations to create business reports and perform analysis
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail and being accurate with analysis
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Strong presentation, reporting analysis, and documentation skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible and have a strong aptitude to manage multiple priorities and follow-up on initiatives
