Job Description
Lead the team in charge of executing Information Technology services for all agencies in Costa Rica, in an operational manner , focused on customer satisfaction through adequate and proactive services in accordance with global IT policies, with the purpose to maintain established service agreements and enable them to achieve their business goals.
Qualifications
Formal Education : Bachelor Degree in computer science.
Lenguage : English B2 (Intermediate-advanced)
Experience : at least 5 years in IT or technical support roles, 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Technical skills : intermediate excel, knowledge in Service Now and ITIL is a plus.
