As part of our Digital Media Product Marketing team, you will work with us to drive insights, strategy and execution to grow our Creative Cloud + Document Cloud businesses, working with leading brands such as Photoshop and Acrobat.

Role Description :

Are you an outstanding storyteller who integrates data to encourage business leaders to act on what’s right for the customer and our business?

This role is for you. We are looking for someone who can dig into the details of our data and research, synthesize key Ahas! and work across critical teams to align on recommendations for how to improve the customer experience and grow our business.

Our goal is to develop a common understanding of the health of our Portfolio + build action plans to grow (or decelerate) to strengthen Adobe’s leadership position across our key categories.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Stand-up Category Health data, metrics, and tool (example Category Adobe Photo, Video, Design) to diagnose performance, growth opportunities, risks, and competitive threatsDefine categories + map products to categoriesIdentify the right metrics (using internal and external data / research) that the C-suite, VPs, and Senior Directors will use to gauge category health to understand growth trends, diagnose key issues, and drive recommendations by categoryDevelop requirements, build roadmaps, and coordinate tool(s) development which report on Category Health in partnership with key analytics teamsLead roll-out + adoption of categories and metrics across 10+ teams and integrate into primary research and reporting channelsBuild the Category Health Operating Model (owners of categories + metrics, reports + reporting cadence, target setting)
  • Deliver annual + quarterly insights on Category Performance and analyses where needed to support pivotal decision-making (ex : resource prioritization across portfolio, investment in emerging categories)
  • Qualifications / Experience :

  • BS / BA with 5-8+ years tech (ex : analytics, strategy + ops, product marketing), management consulting, or comparable experience
  • Experience with data analytics, tools development (e.g. Power BI), and data visualization
  • Analytical approach that can rapidly assess a business problem, structure and evaluate options, and deliver results
  • Storytelling through data able to quickly deliver executive-level presentations which enable us to uplevel and act on data and insights real-time
  • Experience with ecommerce / subscription models and complex businesses (ex : multiple products, geos, routes to market, customer segments) a plus
  • Tenacious problem solver with a strong ownership, a driver
