This role requires interactions across many functions (Finance & Non-Finance) as a resource to the international markets and service center employees.
As a key enabling position in the service center, a customer service mindset is essential. The desired candidate will deal with confidential and sensitive data and must ensure conformity with policies, procedures, and regulations of Bacardi and external government agencies. About You

Foster an Operational Excellence Culture within BES
Standardize and document processes to drive excellence.
Provide insights and analysis to maximize resources, performance, and efficiency through analysis
Provide a study of KPI’s and SLA’s of our Shared Service Center

Be an outstanding leader of a team that will identify and improve effectiveness to the services provided by BES
Foster an Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Culture within BES
Standardize and document processes to drive excellence
Provide the insights and analysis to maximize resources, performance and efficiency through analysis
Provide a study of KPI's and SLA's of our Shared Service Center.
Become a POC for Operational Excellence in BES entities
Support and drive a culture of Operational Excellence through Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
Provides the support and training required to develop a well-rounded skillset, which be the foundation for advancing at Bacardi
Lead identification of business transformation across the BES Finance stream
Project Management, Project Coaching and Education of Six Sigma tools and methodologies
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
University degree in Business / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
4+ years experience in Operational Excellence roles required
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is required
Experience in Project Management and Project coaching is required
Excel and VBA Knowledge is required
KPI, Productivity and Metrics Management is required
Ability to encourage creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing company practices and mindsets
Detail oriented with the ability to capture information in a clear, concise manner and can adapt information for various audiences
Anticipates customer needs and seeks to create value for the customer
Proactive SME that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
