We are Experian IT’s End User Services Unified Communications team and we are undertaking a modernization of our legacy systems.
We use different technology in the collaboration space, these enable many features like : meetings, event management, phone systems, our customer contact centers, and various enterprise wide desktop functions provided by O365.
We are looking for an Intern to assist with the following :
You will perform assessment and updates to Unified Communication system documentation, processes and / or data.
You will be responsible for performing uploads of data into applications. Data quality efforts may entail using application administration tools, validating raw data quality and taking corrective measures in case of issues.
You will perform manual data cleansing and QA activities.
You will also work with internal teams to collect information for accurate and concise documentation of UC processes.
