What you will do

  • Recommending actions and help clients implement them.
  • Gathering and analyzing data.
  • Helping to generate proposals and lead certain client and analyst teams.
  • Having opportunities to create intellectual capital and recruit new consultants.
  • Working closely with senior management and clients to create customized purchasing proposals.
  • Analyzing client spend data and creating deliverables for the project.
  • Introducing suppliers to the client's purchasing needs, eSourcing process, and reverse auction technology.
  • Understanding client needs to provide flawless service.
  • Assisting with business development activities.
  • Working with Corporate Communications to increase awareness of our services.
  • Working with senior management to develop selling tools for key clients.
  • What you should bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field with a GPA of 3.3 or above and at least 2-3 years prior consulting experience or industry experience.
  • Demonstrated excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong academic, extracurricular, or work experience in business, Internet, or relevant industry areas is needed.
  • Demonstrated highly motivated team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite : including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create formulas and to analyze data).
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, English is a must.
  • Valid passport and US Visa.
  • OTHER SKILLS

  • Good organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment.
  • Knowledge of project management and sourcing / supply chain.
  • Business acumen : Understanding how markets work Change Mgmt.
  • Effective influencer who can make persuasive arguments.
  • Negotiation skills includes building eAuction strategies.
  • Excellent communication written and verbal.
