Our client, a multinational company located in Heredia is looking for Collections Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this position is managing collections for North America and Latin America.
The Supervisor is a highly focused position for minimizing past due customer accounts, requires Identifying and resolving collections issues that ensures a service oriented and professional working environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES :
Provide supervisory leadership to the teammates
First point of contact for managers
Assist in establishing goals and timelines for collections team.
Responsible for team metrics and KPI’s, migrations, DTP’s, controls follow up
Ensuring teammates are representing Bridgestone in a positive manner and are complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Supporting team members that have questions on collections, order releases and others
Working the Escalation queue to assist customers who have escalated their issues / complaints.
Provide coaching and mentoring to all team members and improve teammate performance
Fosters teammate growth and continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
3 to 5 years of customer service experience with at least three of those years in a supervisory role in a Collections Supervisor role
English Language skills (C1).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting / Industrial Engineering
Advanced Excel Skills
Experience in collections tools
Yellow / Green Belt certified (desirable)
