Job Description

Working within the North American Sales Administration Operations group, the Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for processing and providing order support to the North American Direct and Channel sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with Direct Sales, Corporate Account Managers, Channel Sales, Provisioning / Licensing, Billing, Collections, and Finance for efficient order processing and fulfillment
  • Audit and process orders across all sales channels
  • Ensure Salesforce CRM customer data is accurate and in compliance with company policy
  • Assist with Sales reporting, reconciliation, and customer usage audits
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of standard processes and policies
  • Develop strong, positive relationships with internal teams and customers
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, Administration, or related experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Licensing / Fulfillment, Business / Accounting operations or Finance
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Prior experience working for a cloud business software application company is highly desired

  • Prior experience with CRM systems; is highly desired
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross functionally
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional problem solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations
