Business Management Group - BMG :
Make it possible for our sales teams to sell and for our customers to buy. Working as part of a global team, you will be directly working with both our customers and supply teams.
The role is within BMG, supporting customers in the America's region AMR.
The role is a Sales Operations Analyst Student Worker and the main responsibilities are :
Provides exposure and experience in managing Intel's customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
Will act as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales and the Factory to optimize revenue and deliver compliance strategies.
Operations Analysts manage customer supply / demand commitments, inventory management, pricing / compliance strategies, customer presentations, and marketing program support.
Manage and support customer accounts and supply requests. Growing revenue and helping Intel gain / maintain competitive edge.
Generate and report out on business indicators. Influencing Intel and its customers through data analysis, market intelligence, and insightful information
Work with internal stakeholders to balance our supply versus customer demand.
A successful candidate will demonstrate :
Strong analytical and data management skills and good to work through complex / ambiguous business scenarios
Solicit and listen to critical feedback to improve the business, while simultaneously demonstrating confidence in numbers and analysis
Consistently deliver results under time constraints in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of supply management, demand forecasting, market analysis or operations.
Familiarity with Intel Architecture products / customers and a working knowledge of broader market drivers and trends

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Must be an active student of Bachelor's degree (with half of the career completed) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Accountancy, Data Science / Analytics or other Business related fields.
Intermediate-advanced Excel, including the use of pivot tables, advanced logic functions, and other complex formulas.
Intermediate English Level.
Willing to work at least 30+ hours per week.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
1+ years of experience engaging with and supporting customers.
