Compliance Operations (C-OPS) is responsible for conducting operational and transactional tasks for the programs within the S3C Organization (Safety, Sustainability, Security and Compliance) which include Restricted Products, Dangerous Goods, Global Trade, Product Safety, among others.
SJO’s main scope is overseeing the LATAM region, which at the moment includes the Mexico and Brazil marketplaces. Given the nature of our tasks, we strive to deliver the highest quality in our actions since this allows us to achieve safety and regulatory compliance for both our customers and Amazon.
This moves us always look for ways to improve our processes, seek to understand how we can have better communication with our customers and stakeholders, and work together to achieve our goals.
Respond with urgency to high priority requests from senior business leaders.
Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools. Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon’s data resources and know how, when, and which to use and which not to use.
This is not a virtual position. Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, if selected for this role, all necessary equipment will be sent for you to work from home.
However, once our company provides clearance, you will be required to continue working from our SJO16 building, located in the America Free Zone (AFZ), Cariari, Heredia.
