About the role
YOUR OPPORTUNITYHelp establish and lead the Global Performance Management Center of Excellence within BES, responsible for ABOUT YOUA business leader who can navigate in a dynamic environment and guide the team to meet key deliverables and help drive business performance across the organization.
This role requires strong Financial and Business Analysis skills and an understanding of key performance drivers, including a deep understanding of cash generation.
You must have the ability to distil complex data into clear communications for Senior Stakeholders, including the Global Leadership Team and Board.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Support the Global cash and P&L forecasting process.
Support data analysis to identify risk and opportunities to financial plans and strategic objectives delivery.
Coordinate and supervise development of executive-level reports, papers and presentations supporting team and analysts.
Support annual dynamic planning process for the organization.

Previous experience in an accounting consulting firm is preferred.
