This Senior Sales Operation Analyst role, within Worldwide (WW) Sales Acceleration organization will partner with WW & Americas Networking and Security specialist organization to provide dedicated operational support, leverage best-in-class tools, processes and technologies that can be scaled to deliver larger efficiency and outcomes.

This position will provide a unique opportunity to grow your career by enhancing your expertise and leadership skills in our WW Sales Acceleration which will be contributed for sales acceleration, execution, decision-making process and successful business performance.

You will have opportunities to work closely with senior leadership team by presenting data with business insight and recommendation.

We are expecting a collaborator who can liaise with multiple teams on gathering the business requirements and accomplish an end-to-end deliverables.

Success in the Role : What are the performance outcomes over the first 6- months you will work toward completing?

  • Within days of employment, complete all the onboarding programs and learnings, understand various pillars of WW Sales Acceleration team, their services and contributions to Networking and Security Specialist Organization.
  • Deep dive understanding of services and get to know the team.

  • Within days of employment, get familiar with process and tools and you will be tasked with managing a real-life business cases that require processing, analysing and handling large volumes of data and presenting insights, especially on the strategic initiatives, ROI analysis and business modelling.
  • Establish credibility, develop and maintain effective relationship with stakeholders and cross functional teams.

  • Within days of employment, you will start interacting with the Leadership team & Stake Holders to gather appropriate requirements to scope outcomes, outputs, and value propositions that accelerate time to serve and improve productivity
  • Within days of employment, you will proactively investigate, report and address issues and be a front-ending project that will maximize business agility through effective change management and execution.
  • Within days of employment, you will be a SME on the specific area and Go-To-Person. Lead to facilitate transformation and continue to drive goal-setting for subsequent phases in our journey of operational excellence.
  • The Work : What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

  • Provide strategic business insight, recommendation and story-telling support with data best practice.
  • Project management skillset to plan, coordinate, communicate, resolve conflict and execute within targeted timeline.
  • Consultative mindset and be the thought leader / SME. Actively driving and leading stakeholder and team discussions to drive strategic discussion.
  • Support Compensation Design, Sales Incentive & Promotion Process through different Comp modelling, business impact analysis and prospect objection handling etc.
  • Drive WW, AMER N&S Specialist COE (Centre of Excellence) Territory Assignment and Quota Deployment Process.
  • Review, validate and approve Monthly Payroll for WW, AMER N&S Specialist COE.
  • Proactively identify business needs and provide various forms of business intelligence including productivity analysis, specialist coverage model and other ad-hoc analysis.
  • Comfort crafting and presenting insights from larger complexed data as well as attention to details.

    The hiring manager for this role is a Director of WW Networking and Security Sales Acceleration who has more than years’ experience in Sales Operation, Strategy and Planning.

    Hiring manager believes that collaboration, rapport and transparency is the key to build stronger team and encourages everyone on the team to work together.

    Where is this role located?

    Flexible : The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local VMware office in Costa Rica and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager.

    You will be expected to live within a reasonable non-daily commute of the office.
