We are searching for a leader for our ASO team who will focus on making our mobile app store pages and their journeys into our outstanding products into a world class experience for all visitors.

As a core member of the mobile leadership team, this lead will manage a team in ensuring that our mobile surfaces are meeting their acquisition, revenue, and retention goals.

Working in close partnership with team members across growth, product marketing, design, and engineering, you will drive the future direction and strategy for our mobile app store presence, connecting customers to Photoshop, Lightroom, CCX, Acrobat Mobile, and all the apps and services they rely on to fuel their creativity.

This role will be responsible for defining key opportunities to drive our full funnel, based on data and deliver innovative experiences for our customers while working alongside our Design, Product Marketing, Content Publishing, and Engineering teams.

You will craft an action driven roadmap that meets or exceeds targets. You will work with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver product releases, optimize our app store presence relentlessly, and ensure that your projects accomplish their business objectives.

What you’ll do :

  • Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry-leading practices to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences.
  • Participate in the app store optimization planning process; ensure that the product positioning meets the requirements of customers and the marketplace.
  • Prioritize (and re-prioritize) work against roadmap, resolve issues and mitigate risks with knowledge of what drives download performance in app stores.
  • Design and implement product discovery and optimization experiments using quantitative (A / B tests) and qualitative techniques.
  • Proactively identify, prioritize and drive resolution to project issues.
  • Assess and report on the results of initiatives against key performance indicator targets.
  • What you need to succeed :

  • MBA preferred or BA / BS
  • At least 4-5 years of global ASO experience with a focus on creating and implementing ASO strategies to grow the mobile userbase
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimization tools such as App Annie, AppTweak, and Sensor Tower
  • A deep understanding of how to use branded, unbranded, and competitive terms to drive downloads
  • Ability to lead issue resolution and mitigate risk on the product roadmap.
  • Experience working with complex problem spaces and an ability to handle open-ended design projects.
  • Self-starter, results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work cross-functionally with partners and executives.
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations.
  • Experience with experiment design including multi-variate testing, fast iteration testing, and incorporating findings from testing to product innovation.
  • Familiarity with experience design, including real examples of customer validation techniques, including user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
