Job Description & Responsibilities :
Develops software solutions by understanding information needs of the Medical Solutions Division business
Advocates and enhances the Agile software development lifecycle
Determines operational feasibility of solution designs by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
Develops documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
Determines and designs system specifications, standards, and programming
Conducts systems analysis and recommends changes in policies and procedures
Studies state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment. Participates in educational opportunities, reads professional publications, maintains personal networks, and participates in professional organizations
Collects, analyzes, and summarizes development and service issues
Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed
May manage small team of software engineers by providing advice, coaching, mentoring, and assisting to resolve complex technical or design issues.
Experience Required :
3 years experience as an applications developer in private, public, or government, (large and small projects)
3 years’ experience EAI / API integration using tools like Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA) and Mulesoft
2 years’ experience using Cloud (AWS / Azure), SaaS / PaaS Support and Engineering, CI / CD
Experience Desired :
Strong experience in integration components such as web services, frameworks etc.
Experience using J2EE, XML, Java, JSP etc.
Healthcare Order to Cash experience (preferred)
Experience with EDI transactions
Strong ability handling system analysis and providing solutions for support related incidents
Education and Training Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Business, or related field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Primary Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Project, MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Understand all aspects of software development lifecycle
Understand various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.)
Advance English Level
Additional Skills :
Lean / Six Sigma Green belt (or other process improvement disciplines)
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across technical and senior operational management audiences
Knowledge of microservices development and deployment lifecycle, networking and distributed architecture, security compliance, scalability configurations
Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 etc.
Familiar with various IT and PM tools JIRA, RTC etc.
Agile methodologies
ITIL certified (preferred)
Proficiency in one or more of the following areas : UI / UX Design and Development; Oracle EBS, PL / SQL, Data Analysis, .
NET, Content Management Systems and Engineering
