We are excited to be launching a new site in Costa Rica in the near future and are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our team!!

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in 3 areas of our support functions to include Human Resource, Recruitment and Payroll.

Human Resources

  • Assist with the development, coordination and administration of various company programs to include policy / procedure / practice
  • Ensure all relevant personnel information is recorded and up to date in the Workday system and all other applicable systems
  • Create and maintain acceptable relations with employees and management
  • Ensure that all applicable employees receive necessary employment requirements as per company policy
  • Provide orientation training to new employees as required
  • Provides guidance and recommendations in Employee Relations, Disciplinary and Termination decisions and assists in Employee Relations and Termination meetings
  • Provides ongoing HR consultation and support to business units, as required
  • Other HR duties as assigned
  • Payroll

  • Process all payroll aspects related to staff promotion, transfers, bonus, commission and wage transactions
  • Assist with employee, internal and external inquiries
  • Produce payroll based on Time & Attendance system input, normal periodic transactions and adhoc requests
  • Maintain withholding orders and remit
  • Produce remittances for government agencies
  • Assist as needed with Year End process
  • Process terminations as per country specific legislation
  • Other payroll duties as assigned
  • Recruitment

  • Hire new staff as determined through the resource balancing process
  • Interview, conduct reference checks, provide assessment requirements to potential candidates
  • Ensure all relevant personnel information is maintained within the Workday system
  • Extend offers of employment
  • Other recruitment duties as assigned
