You enjoy supporting multiple teams and individuals and can serve as an escalation point to find solutions to technical issues and help others apply those solutions.
You hold an Associates’ degree or higher, or equivalent experience. You have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferable with an A / E / C firm, in a publication, word processing function accurately processing a variety of complex and lengthy technical documents, and processing documents for final deliverables.
You are an effective communicator able to ensure schedules are adhered to while maintaining relationships with team members.
You are interested in an opportunity to expand your knowledge and share innovative ideas. You have a can-do’ attitude and thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining a commitment to accuracy and quality.
What You Will Do for ESA
Take responsibility for providing support in creating and formatting text, tables, and spreadsheets and other diverse content included in large master EIR documents for city, county, agency or developer clients.
Provide Project Managers with a wide range of solutions and format variations while anticipating and communicating scheduling conflicts to prioritize, plan and schedule project deliverables ensuring that deadlines are met.
distribution may be via print, digital, CD / DVD or HTML file output.
Provide limited general administrative support to the San Jose office.

The team works collaboratively with each other and with our outstanding team of environmental, planning, and design professionals to provide consistent, high quality documents with an emphasis on customer service.
San Jose is the newest office location for ESA. Located in a mixed-used building in the Alameda neighborhood, this multidisciplinary office is situated within 5-minute walking distance of San Jose’s public transportation hub, Diridon Station.
