Verify on the different media systems, according to the agencies we provide services in different regions the media documents (credits, debits, invoices) on an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications

Receive invoices (post, digital / pdf, EDI, mailbox)

Scan / load invoices on each correspondent workflow (IPS, Sapphire, Collector, Readsoft)

Verify invoices

Reject duplicate invoices

Identify process improvements to have more accurate and efficient process

Perform any other task required by management
