We are a team of committed professionals dedicated to leveraging technology, business insights, and customer service to deliver exquisite hiring experiences to candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.

We are looking for a Temporary End to End Recruiter to join our Latin America team. The role is primarily focused on Costa Rica, yet may at times support other countries in the region.

The End to End Recruiter :

Works as a talent consultant to Intel's business groups and provides recruiting expertise to find, attract, and hire the talent needed by Intel to support technology and product roadmaps.

Translates business group strategies into talent acquisition plans.

Makes recommendations and influences the hiring team and internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition strategies.

Nurtures pipelines, pre-screens candidates, and presents a qualified talent pool to Hiring Managers.

Designs and implements effective sourcing strategies.

Creates an outstanding candidate experience through direct engagement and interaction throughout the hiring process.

Establishes and taps into candidate networks to advocate on behalf of Intel.

Continuously evolves and shares recruiting knowledge and expertise regarding finding, attracting, and hiring the best talent for Intel.

Please note this is a temporary 12-months position and includes sourcing work.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field

2+ years of talent acquisition experience (end to end Recruiting process)

1+ years experience working with technical profiles (preferably IT related profiles)

1+ years experience in Sourcing and candidate screening

1+ years experience with hiring tools and platforms such as Workday, Smashfly, LinkedIn or similar tools

Intermediate+ English level and strong communication skills

Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Requirements

Workday system knowledge and experience

Experience working in Multinational Companies, preferably in the technology industry

Experience implementing optimization and automation processes
