Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : WACAM Financial, Planning & Analysis Free Cash Flow Coordinator
Position Purpose :
Develop and analyze the best cash strategy for WACAM annually through the unfolding of the P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
Being able to influence all business areas to create cash generation mentality and improvement of cash conversion cycle according to the annual targets established by the Regional / Corporate area
Main Responsabilities :
Prepare, coordinate, consolidate and review the submissionsfor the BU, and prepare analysis and assessment to communicate to Leadership and regional team;
Prepare all FP&A Cash Flow templates (excels and powerpoints), securing regional standarization, and best practice sharing;
educating the Cash Flow BU teams on best Ways of Working to reduce complexity while improving accuracy and quality of analysis;
Coordinate, and review Below OI submissions in FiT;
Create and manage Cash Flow annual and monthly calendars, and CF detailed forecasting processes, securing efficient linkages with FP&A and other priority processes / stakeholders;
Using indirect cash flow methodology, forecast all lines and monitor results for the LA Regional Headquarter, from Below OI, until Free Cash Flow.
Define main premises used based on business strategies and linkage with Controlling and FP&A.
Understand USGAAP accouting, Closing (monthly) MDLZ procedures and relevant Finance policies, in order to advise any possible errors in accounting or changes in bookings methodology that may influence results of free cash flow and Cash Conversion Cycle KPIs;
i.e : Account Receivables Global Policy; Procurement policy; factoring RACI approvals)
Strong knowledge cash flow hierarchy defined in HFM system to be able to explain the important variations vs cash flow targets;
Stay close to BU Cash Flow teams and any relevant local stakeholders, securing monthly follow ups of main offenders and deffenders that could prevent achievement of goals;
Conduct Cash Flow trainings and workshops, as needed, for multiple and diverse stakeholders
Academic Knowledge :
Licenciature / Bachelor Degree on Business Administration, Accounting or similar
HFM and FIT knowledge
Strong Accounting knowledge (mainly USGAAP)
Excel advanced skills
Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders
