Maintain and provide support with the formal compliance framework of accounting and financial analysis for North America Agencies on the scope, according with Publicis’ policies as well as Corporate instructions and policies regarding financial analysis environment

Execute the collection and analysis of the information for preparation and elaboration of the budget and Reforcast, based on the coordination with the Supervisor and the agency

Execute and support the Local Manager on the financial scenarios process, based on corporate calendar, ensure to deliver on time and with the quality expected on the reporting, analysis and corporate deliverables for the entities under scope and as a regional support.

This could include the follow up action plans and open items or suggestions for the deviations or targets requested by Groupe

Coordinate journal entries, as well as any action that is required in accounting in order to the budget and its adjustments are reflected correctly

Prepare the accounting entries of the assigned agencies on a monthly basis with their respective analysis and supporting documentation

Verify the financial analysis that is needed in terms of : income, expenses, Capex, analysis of provisions or any other relevant report

In charge of the monthly invoicing for the Agency, as well as the preparation of the necessary purchase orders on a day-to-day basis, according to budget and the SLA established by the corporate entity

Qualifications

Licenciatura degree in Accounting or Business Administration related to Finance

At least 3 years of experience in similar positions
