The Opportunity

The Senior M&A Product Integration Manager (PIM) for Lead to Quote is accountable for strategy and execution of integrating acquired companies into the enterprise selling motion.

  • Succeed together by working with cross-functional and global business teams! Work with Adobe’s Digital Experience and Digital Media business units to design short-term and long-term value realization of acquisitions.
  • Envision how people, processes, policies, and technologies can be applied, optimized, and improved to support Sales integration of acquisitions onto target capabilities.
  • Proactively create M&A playbooks and develop repeatable sales plays to onboard future acquisitions faster and at scale.

  • Be a champion for Sales and upstream (e.g., Products, Marketing) and downstream (e.g., Revenue Ops, Customer Success / Services / Support) business teams by representing end-to-end processes and strategies needed to support newly acquired companies.
  • What You'll Do

    Work to define and evangelize the strategic vision for onboarding acquisitions into existing Adobe business processes.

    Develop relevant artifacts : Market Problem Statements / Definitions, Personas, Roadmaps, Value / Success Metrics, Scope, MVPs, Epics, and Journey Maps.

    Navigate the needs of multiple cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and contending priorities, achieving consensus on what is best to scale Adobe.

    Partner with IT to define initiatives from Concept Accept (CA) to project Plan Commit (PPC); acquire approval from Executive Leadership on prioritization, funding, and commitment to key initiatives.

    Collaborate with Field Product Managers (FPMs), Technical Product Managers (TPMs), Product Delivery Managers (PDMs), and Experience Delivery Managers (XDMs) to define the strategic roadmap, anticipate future business needs, and align Adobe's selling motion to target architecture.

    Coordinate between Adobe’s Sales / Sales Ops and Adobe Technology Services (IT) product management for resolving cross-team product issues.

    Lead varied company priorities, including new sales and renewal sales selling motions, pivotal initiatives, and major capability improvements.

    Define and detail processes, policies, success metrics, reports, risks / dependencies, and mitigation plans.

    Translate business requirements into Agile epics and user-stories. Work with QA to define test criteria / scripts for releases while driving business tester UAT.

    Provide M&A subject matter expertise and champion global standardization into cross-functional initiatives.

    Plan and conduct team kickoff meetings so all existing and acquired Sales teams understand the integration strategy and process and how it will affect them.

    Requirements

    5+ years of M&A or Product Management experience, with 2-3 years implementing Sales processes (e.g., M2L, L2Q, or Q2C, or similar).

    Experience developing and communicating strategic roadmaps and achieving agreement with senior leadership.

    Proficient with using Agile methodologies to activate operational scale, innovation, and high-quality business outcomes on time, on budget, and with measurable impact

    Experience working in CRMs (Salesforce, MSFT Dynamics) is required, ideally within a SaaS-based Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) enterprise or mid-market selling motion.

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, and communicate successfully with individual contributors, management, and executives.

    Strong soft skills with a distinctive ability to empower, motivate and influence others without authority or a direct reporting relationship.

    Bachelor's degree required. Pragmatic Institute Product Management Certification a plus

    Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
