Equifax Robotic Process Automation unit is looking for a professional to become Robotic Process Automation Lead, responsible for all day-
to-day efforts of an assigned group of associates to : plan, coordinate and monitor projects; assure compliance on due dates;
plan for and execute on required staffing needs and proactively provide coaching and feedback when required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day tactical functions associated with automation programs and this includes planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring RPA projects
Work closely with IT to ensure that applications support continuous improvements around quality, cycle time and operating efficiency
Interact with customers as it relates to data integrity, data operations processes, reporting methods and troubleshooting / problem-
solving in a timely manner
Closely monitor productivity and quality, ensuring both are consistently met and take corrective measures when needed.
Maintain operating metrics
Plan, coordinate and attend calibration meetings with business owners and peers
Maintain an assertive communication; keep day to day effective contact with Business Owners and senior leadership teams
Deliver and report on savings to global operations by executing and tracking benefits on automations.
Looking constantly for development as well as continuous improvement for the entire team.
Contribute to the service improvement efforts of the team and implement changes in a positive way.
Provide leadership and technical expertise to a team of analyst as it relates processes automations and productivity.
Participate in value-added planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
Participate and deliver special projects / assignments such process improvements initiatives.
Administers, orchestrates and controls the virtual workforce in the operational environment.
Focused on continually improving the robots’ operational performance using the tools and technologies in place as well as improving them.
Uses advanced reporting and analysis functions based on a detailed logging system to optimize resource use and the stability of in place robots and artifacts.
Requirements / Experience
Bachelor or higher degree on Computer Science or related with 5+ years’ experience on data analysis or programming.
Team player with experience in leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Experience leading automation's teams and projects.
Certified in LEAN methodology is desired.
Certified Project Manager is desired.
Proven Experience and knowledge about Robotic Process Automation is desired.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Delivery Manager or related experience
Minimum 5 years experience in programming, is a must
Fully bilingual English Spanish (high level).
