Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.
Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits. Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods.
Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment. Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions.
Tests, validates, modifies and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin to specification. Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities. Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum Qualification s :
Bachelors or higher degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field; completed by June, 2020.
Intermediate to advanced English level (both written and spoken)
Experience with problem solving methodologies, data extraction and statistical analysis tools.
Desired experience working in a High Volume Manufacturing Factory floor environment
Experience in Data Base extraction tools and statistical analysis tools like JMP, Aqua, SQL Pathfinder
Experience in High Volume Silicon Testing methodologies.
Knowledge on Assembly and Test Engineering (ATE) hardware architecture, logic / circuit design and implementation.
Experience in high speed circuit and hardware testing and tools
Experience in Design For Testability (DFT) methodology
Intermediate Knowledge in programming languages : Perl, Python, C++, C#, etc.
Experience in Process Control Systems (PCS) methodology, Statistical Bin limits (SBL), Product Health Indicators (PHI's).
Experience in statistical Design of Experiments (DOE)
Experience in Test Program Validation and Release to production floor.
Experience in High Value Inventory (HVI) handling.
