You’ll work closely with global leaders, managersand subject matter experts to set priorities, align projects to strategicobjectives, and ensure training materials are effective, current, and relevant.
We’ll look to you to contribute to designing and delivering effective andcontinuous interactive learning content for customers, agents, and customer servicerepresentatives.
You’ll combine your expertise on interactivelearning development and creative thinking and utilize the understanding of howthese integrate with the broader goals of the business unit and company.
You’llmanage the end-to-end process of multiple instruction design projects, performcontinuous evaluations on the courses, and seek a way to improve the trainingfor its audience.
You might be anstrong technical writer using andragogy concepts.
For such an essential role, you’ll need to be aUniversity Degree Professional in any Graphic Design or Publicity field and youmust have an expert knowledge and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite2020 including Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design, strong fundamentals intypography, layout and image manipulation, As well you will be required to havea minimum of 5 years of training experience as an instructional designer withtools like Storyline, Rise, and Captivate.
As you will lead a group ofdesigners, will be also required to have Managerial skills and experience.English proficiency at level B2+ will help you to outstand in the role.
