The Recruiter role at Wondersauce Costa Rica is a key member of the team. This person will work closely with technology leadership to recruit for roles from entry through senior levels and be expected to handle all aspects of recruiting including networking, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee pipeline and recruiting process for building teams across tech and design functions.
  • Build and maintain a network of talent through ongoing relationship management
  • Manage full life cycle of candidate process and experience.
  • Own getting the right people, skills into the right roles. This should include strategic understanding, planning and coaching for the manager on their team needs
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers reporting weekly pipeline activity and collectively prioritizing requisitions
  • Sources freelance talent when staff teams are beyond capacity
  • Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
  • Proven ability to source a pipeline of qualified and available candidates
  • Hunt and gather in both traditional and at times, bizarre ways.
  • Strong understanding of the interactive industry / business overall and associated technologies and trends.

  • Have at least 3-5 years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience
  • Build and maintain a network of talent through ongoing relationship management
  • Digital agency recruiting experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently
  • A solutions-oriented team player
  • Strong planning, budgetary and project management abilities
  • Partner with business and finance / HR to align on methodologies and accuracy of talent demand and headcount management.
  • Seasoned in all phases of recruitment sourcing, assessment, relationship building, networking, negotiation, etc.
  • A problem solver who can adapt to various situations and personalities
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media sites, etc.
