Job Description
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will be :
New hire Onboarding, Account Documentation and capability assistance
POC for Onshore teams and local resources
Collaborate across multiple teams both internally and externally to coordinate and schedule kick off calls, status meetings both internal and external, etc.
Help teams prioritize tasks based on conflicting project timelines for self & team
Support and manage numerous reporting documents for cross-channel delivery.
Use innovation and creativity to develop alternative media solutions - identify and aid in the streamlining development of new and existing processes to provide a more efficient execution
Keep teams up to speed on new industry standards and trends
Qualifications
Project Manager desired skill set to be successful in role are as follows :
Well organized, operates well under tight timelines and fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Collaborative mindset and positive attitude
Strong technical skills across numerous tools - such as Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable presenting, leading and participating in audio / video conferences
Ability to leverage team(s) and technology to improve productivity
Flexible and adaptable as situations and new projects arise; finds the appropriate solution quickly and thinks creatively to do so;
does not look at problems in black and white terms
Ability to identify and examine problems / tasks from all angles, and balances trade-offs in determining how to move forward
3-4 years of working experience
Elementary understanding of media as well as Project Management experience as nice to have.
