As the Vice President of Product Management for the Document Cloud, this senior leader will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution for Adobe’s Document Cloud.
This includes the world’s leading PDF and electronic signature solutions. The Document Cloud is used by over 1B people worldwide on desktops, mobile devices and tablets and includes Acrobat apps, Adobe Sign, and a growing number of collaboration and AI services.
Reporting to the CTO and Chief Product Officer, Document Cloud this executive will work closely with the senior executive leadership team.
This leader will be responsible for creating the product vision and driving execution, globally, across the Document Cloud portfolio.
This executive will lead the product management organization focused on the Document Cloud business. This is a highly influential role working with leaders in Document Cloud and across Adobe.
It requires someone with a true passion for product management to deliver seamless execution and the best experiences for users.
Key responsibilities include : Determine the core strategic vision for Adobe Document Cloud with a focus on signatures and enterprise collaboration.
Outline the creative opportunities to scale the business globally, attracting and retaining new users. Partner with sales and marketing to understand important business drivers, market requirements and competitive issues.
Establish product strategy and promote the value of new product capabilities. Drive execution of the core strategic vision through a cohesive product roadmap and effective collaboration with engineering throughout the development lifecycle Work across the executive team to deliver on Adobe’s business goals.
Create tight cooperation and coordination between matrixed and cross-functional teams. Measure success of program features and analyze results.
Partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration while creating an environment of continuous improvement.
Be a strong, influential voice to ensure we are tracking against our key initiatives. Lead an organization of product managers in the US with indirect management of a team in India.
Inspire, empower, and develop a robust team. Optimize organizational structure and staff as required.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success and significant experience in complex, fast-paced SaaS environments.
This individual will be a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing industry and can scale a high-growth business.
They will have demonstrated success in delivering products to market that are cutting edge and have proven business value.
Finding opportunities to collaborate across multiple product lines, and successfully developing and mentoring talent will also be key.
Additional qualifications include : A general-management approach with significant depth in enterprise, design-led product management, specifically in e-signature and collaboration workflows.
A strong product vision and an eye for innovation; experience in capturing new and competitive market opportunities at scale.
Experience building great enterprise product experiences for a large and diverse user base. Proven success executing broad, complex product roadmaps through strong engineering partnership.
Experience managing and growing a SaaS business at scale ($500M+). Experience leading and inspiring large, cross-functional global teams in a matrixed organization.
Highly effective at leading through influence on a global scale (specifically, India). Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment with multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done.
Proven track record of applying creative thinking and analysis to solve business needs in ambiguous environments. Ability to comfortably work cross-functionally within a matrixed organization and influence key partners across the business.
