Were currently seeking for a TA Admins, Recruiters, Team Leads, Employee Life Cycle and HRIS. This team will implement and execute the recruitment and onboarding program and policies.
Works with the business to understand and anticipate hiring needs Ensures all tasks including sourcing, assessment, selection, and on-boarding are performed to full satisfaction of the business.

Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
At least 4+ years relevant experience in the industrial and / or manufacturing industry.
Experience using ERPs Workday desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.
Demonstrate a high level of initiative and be goal driven.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Fluency in English, Spanish. Additional languages like Portuguese are a plus.
