Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Category Planning Manager MD Markets CAM Translate Category strategies into MD Sales strategy and cross-
category customer plans & coordinates the building & implementation of the Category growth strategy. Main Responsibilities
Responsible for Category Planning strategy and execution in MD markets. Owns the translation of each Category strategy into a Category Growth Strategy that is ready for the MD Mgrs team to share with customers to execute.
Owns the identification of MD Markets category opportunities that exist across channels and customers. The creation of insights into TT channels, customers and shoppers that can be fed into the Category SP and Customer SP
Champion of Planning process and IBP in all aspects and all categories, including IBP SO Business Drivers of MD markets.
Be the communicational bridge between all Categories, Sales and all distributors within the countries assign, guaranteeing that strategies programed by Categories, Category Planning or both are executed as planned, and achieve the expected resulst, identifying and reporting opportunities or issues.
Provide strategic and tactical input to the planning process and IBP.
Forecasting Process : Coadvisor in forecasting process (IBP SI-SO) for MD markets in CAM, along with Demand Planner, verify numbers from previous years, actual numbers, sales trends, sales programs, consumers programs, brands supports and with his input get the most accuracy estimated by SKU and distribution channels, to ensure the correct product volume according to timings negotiated to accomplish with the trade pullout needs.
Sales Incentive Funds Management : Fully responsible to deliver the entire country G2N budget by category in MD markets, so that in alignment to company policies and to strategies created by each Category, effective sales strategies & programs are executed, achieving volume and revenue targets in all costumers within all channels within the country.
In charge of NPD s volume preliminary assessment and its respectively alignment with MD Mgrs & Mkt.
Champion of PB s & Meals Categories : Follow up and give input of category planning to MKT & Sales and develop key project dashboards including NPD's.
Analyse sales results vs forecast montly basis.
Relationship with top Customers. Support the relationship between distributor and customers through his team or directly if needed, and cultivate effective relationships with key top customers through regularly scheduled business reviews and ensure effective communication of goals and objectives, always involving the Master Distribuitor and Client Top Managent, in order to achieve desired business results.
Major in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related areas.
Minimun 6 - 8 years of professional experience in commercial areas (Marketing, Category Planning, Trade Marketing, Sales).
Proficient in English (oral & written)
