Implement or support all aspects of customer implementations
You will use the information to customize the client’s system to suit their needs like designing custom interface, modifying metrics and creating custom reports.
Track the work and deliver timely communications regarding implementation / support cases to internal and external partners.
Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests
Prioritize and bring up issues when needed, keeping customers informed of progress.
Apply company implementation Best Practices, document procedures, standards, configuration settings and sequences, as well as to use industry Best Practices in organizational changes.
Identify gaps in functionality and work with product management to enhance our products.
Create and update product and training documentation.
After implementation is complete, you will perform support for Fiserv’s clients via telephone, e-mail, and web-based contact channels.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, industrial engineering, business administration (finance or related) is required.
Willing to consider High School Diploma with prior aligned experience in lieu of college degree.
2+ years of professional experience implementing software or related IT applicable experience such as technical support.
1+ year of client facing work experience
Excellent verbal and written communications.

We are looking for Independent and fast learners with strong customer service skills, capable to apply previous banking industry experience into our day to day interactions.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development or testing methodologies.
Cool under pressure, able to manage many details and priorities.
Strong self-motivation with excellent time management skills, including ability to work on time sensitive projects to meet results by expected due date.
Analytical skills to assess client business need, identify solutions, and manage requirements.
Possess solid organizational and interpersonal skills, with good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of business methods and practices in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to travel occasionally.
