The Project Manager Analyst is responsible for tracking the project’s financials, contract management, including change control and subcontractor purchase orders and invoices for all contracts within Content Analytics Group.

This resource will support the PMO (Project Management Office) teams to manage the project’s contract.

Key Responsibilities of the role include :

  • Support Project Managers in the reporting of hours, production and distribution of invoices, follow up on receivables, production of estimation spreadsheets
  • Track support and maintenance contract renewals, and produce / distribute renewal notices
  • Manage small projects to gain PM experience and help the other PMs deal with more complex scenarios. Each project requires a significant amount of non-technical work, even if the project is license support or staff augmentation.
  • Handle forecasting, invoicing, renewals, budget control and updates, status and issue reporting
  • Provide general support to PMO for projects, presales, resource coordination, logistics, travel
  • Follow up on purchase orders to ensure they are valid for invoicing and aligned with SOWs
  • Support Immigration and Mobility processes

    Basic Qualifications

  • 1 year of facilitating client invoicing experience
  • 6 months of Contract Management experience
  • 6 months of Budgeting and Forecasting experience
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, PM or related field
  • 6 months of Program and Project Management
  • 6 months of PMO Business Services
  • 6 months of Program and Project Management
  • Good communication, written and oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented with the ability to spot errors and anomalies within hundreds of rows of financial data.
  • Independent worker with the ability to produce quality deliverables
  • Ability to interface with senior internal and external leadership
